Trump Administration cuts may threaten AI research efforts

The Trump Administration has fired quite a lot of Nationwide Science Basis workers who had been handpicked for his or her experience in AI, threatening the company’s potential to maintain key AI analysis, Bloomberg reported.

AI consultants have criticized the Trump Administration’s current cuts to scientific grant-making, and specifically, reductions championed by billionaire Elon Musk’s Division of Authorities Effectivity.
